Goal of position
The incumbent will manage projects by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives. He/she will serve as the primary customer contact, foster stakeholder relationships, and support business growth through strategic collaboration and opportunity development.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage R&D project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, customer feedback, and business development activities.
- Ensure R&D projects are aligned with business objectives to achieve overall company goals.
- Manage research projects on humanoid topics, ensuring compliance with regulations and successful delivery.
- Support sales activities and forecasting to contribute to business growth and strategic planning.
- Plan and execute industrialization and mass production processes, ensuring smooth transition from prototype to full-scale manufacturing.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their technical and operational needs and translate these requirements into actionable inputs for the R&D team to evaluate and allocate resources effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing technical projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and forecasting, translating customer technical requirements into internal deliverables, and coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Track record in organizing and facilitating workshops for internal teams and external partners to align on technical goals and challenges.
- Experience in supporting business strategy development, ensuring technical efforts align with strategic objectives.
- Proven hands-on experience in industrialization and mass production planning and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with customers, gather requirements, and collaborate with R&D teams to ensure resource alignment and project success.
- Knowledge in robotics, Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), or Autonomous Systems is an advantage.
- Effective team player within a multidisciplinary environment of engineers.
- Highly motivated to overcome challenges and deliver results on time.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
