Project Manager

HUATIONG CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team.

As a Main Contractor, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning and commencement through to successful completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and our site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Manage and oversee construction projects from commencement to completion
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress, programme, cost, and quality
• Lead and coordinate project and site teams
• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage project resources and ensure effective site coordination
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate solutions
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project requirements
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review project reports, schedules, and relevant documentation
• Drive the project team towards achieving project objectives and successful completion
  

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented
