Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team in the delivery of the High Rise Building project.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to deliver projects on schedule
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, and client specifications
- Management of the construction project in order to meet the construction timeline with cost efficiency without compromising quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in completed HDB or large projects (from inception to completion) as Project Manager, preferably with an A1 main contractor.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to understand all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, and scheduling in order to fully understand project implications
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with client, management and to the team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Through knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential
- Able to adapt and prioritize, meeting deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
- Capacity to handle pressure
