The solution spans patient-facing ordering, dietary validation, kitchen production, delivery tracking, and integrations with hospital clinical and operational systems. This role requires strong project governance, solid technical understanding of system delivery, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments across healthcare operations, IT, and external vendors.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project artefacts, including project charter, scope, work breakdown structure, integrated plan, RAID log, change log, communications plan, and cutover plan.
Drive delivery cadence through regular checkpoints with development teams, sprint or milestone planning, and release management.
Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, with proactive risk identification and mitigation.
Provide structured reporting to stakeholders, including weekly status updates, milestone tracking, dependency management, and decision logs.
Act as the primary interface between internal teams, healthcare customers, and external partners.
Facilitate workshops to map current-state and future-state workflows across hospital operations, including clinical, dietetic, food services, and ward operations.
Align operational requirements with system capabilities, ensuring workflows are practical, compliant, and scalable.
Translate operational and business workflows into clear functional specifications and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Ensure solution coverage across core functional areas, including:
Patient meal ordering and dietary validation
Patient identification and allergy/dietary tagging
Location-aware delivery workflows and real-time status updates
Order adjustments (e.g. discharge, missed meals)
Dietitian monitoring and nutritional oversight
End-to-end delivery verification
Backend configuration for menus, inventory, kitchen operations, and reporting
Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring defects are prioritised, resolved, and verified prior to go-live.
Coordinate system integrations with hospital platforms and enterprise systems.
Work closely with architects and developers on interface design, data mapping, environment readiness, access controls, and non-functional requirements.
Ensure implementations align with security, privacy, auditability, and operational resilience standards required in healthcare settings.
Own deployment readiness, including training plans, SOP updates, go-live coordination, and post go-live stabilisation.
Coordinate user training across clinical staff, operational teams, and support functions to ensure sustained adoption and operational success.
5-10+ years of hands-on project management experience delivering enterprise or mission-critical software systems.
Proven experience managing distributed or remote development teams.
Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall), including testing and UAT.
Solid technical aptitude with the ability to engage confidently on integrations, data flows, environments, and system workflows.
Experience delivering solutions within healthcare or regulated operational environments.
Familiarity with hospital systems integration and enterprise interoperability concepts.
Exposure to hospital operational domains such as clinical operations, food services, inpatient workflows, or patient experience platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across operational, technical, and executive groups.
Excellent documentation discipline and governance control.
Clear and structured communication, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
High ownership mindset with the ability to remain calm during critical cutover and go-live phases.
Effective vendor and partner management.
Project tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
Documentation platforms (e.g. Confluence, SharePoint)
Collaboration tools (e.g. Teams, Slack, Zoom)
Structured reporting using presentation and spreadsheet tools
Based locally, with on-site engagement required for workshops, testing, training, and deployment phases.
Occasional off-hours support may be required during critical deployment windows
