Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager (HDB Projects) at SOON THONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. located in Singapore. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing HDB construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The daily tasks include project planning, coordination with stakeholders, resource management, inspection, expediting processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Experience in Logistics Management
- Inspection skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, particularly HDB projects
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
