Our client is a Singapore-based company that provides interior design, renovation, and design-and-build services for both residential and commercial projects. BCA Grade A1 Main Contractor under the General Building (CW01).
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am -5pm , Alt Saturday 8am - 5pm

Job Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for project planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and according to Client's expectations.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues raised by internal team members, Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Establish standard Architectural, Structural, and MEP detailing for implementation across the project.
- Monitor project progress and identify critical activities and potential delays to ensure smooth progress of works and achievement of project milestones.
- Coordinate internal resources and external parties, including Consultants, Sub-Contractors, Vendors, and Suppliers, for seamless project execution.
- Coordinate and track the timely issuance of design drawings from Consultants and ensure accuracy of submissions from Contractors, Vendors, and Suppliers.
- Coordinate and track the timely submission and approval of shop drawings across various trades.
- Obtain timely approval from Clients and Consultants for all required materials and specifications.
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all required authority submissions, approvals, and clearances are obtained according to the project schedule.
- Ensure seamless coordination and interfacing between Structural, Architectural & ID, and M&E disciplines.
- Ensure adequate resource availability and allocation, and develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification and control techniques.
- Perform risk management to identify and minimize potential project risks.
- Measure and monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
- Support the QS team during the tender process, including tender analysis, evaluation, and review of technical specifications.
- Supervise and oversee site operations to ensure timely completion and quality finishes, in line with the Company's KPIs, including:On-time project completionCompletion within agreed budget and cost projectionsGood safety recordsZero MOM infringements/finesMinimal defects
- Provide weekly project updates and reports to Management.
- Report and escalate significant project issues to Management when required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Mandatory Requirements
- Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering - MUST
- Must come from an A1 Main Contractor
- Must have HDB project experience
- Minimum 10 years of post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry.
- Preferably with HDB project experience, or at least 5 years of experience in project management of building projects.
- Must be accredited by the Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) under the Construction Professional Accreditation Scheme (CPAS).
- CPAS accreditation must be .Tier A or Tier A-Star (A)...
- Must have completed the following accredited courses:Design for Safety Appreciation Course (DfS)
