Job Description

Job Description:

1. Drive Delivery Performance: Optimize KPIs and operational strategies-including productivity, speed, and service quality-through data analysis, dashboarding, and cross-functional collaboration.

2. Strategy & SOP Design: Design new strategies and optimize existing delivery SOPs and the Rider APP in collaboration with Product and Operations teams to ensure service quality, rider experience, and sustainable capacity growth.

3. Product & Process Testing: Lead, design, and track product feature tests and operational process pilots (e.g., A/B testing) to enhance productivity, SOP adherence, and overall efficiency.

4. Incentive & Lifecycle Management: Design and optimize rider incentive, training, and lifecycle health programs to maximize rider recruitment and retention.


Requirements:

1. Strong analytical skills with experience in operations, data analysis, or process improvement.

2. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/Google slides experience with data visualization tools.

3. 2+ years of experience in Product Management or Data Product Planning.

4. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects with Product teams, Operations teams, and 3PL partners.

5. Experience in the full Product Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, analysis, planning, development, launch, and optimization is a plus.
