Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage warehouse automation projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation

• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments including sales, solution, logistics, and software team.

• Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders, and keep stakeholders informed and updated for both parties.

• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.

• Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.

• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in computer software, electrical/electronics Engineering, automation, or other related fields.

• Experience in Field Applications and Technical Support. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in software, testing, automation or robotics.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to speak Mandarin and English.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
