1 . To be a team leader and lead the planning and implementation of project , coordinating project staff and providing direction to the project team.
2. Ability to liaise with parties involved in the project (including clients, consultants, main contractor or subcontractor ).
3. Advise project foreman on construction methods and to solve technical problems, have knowledge about the civil engineering works.
4. Cost evaluation and budget assessment, make cost report to company.
5. Oversee projects are being carried out to ensure that the work is done according to outline specification and that is conform with project timetable.
6. Can work hard and over time when site required.
