Job Description

. To plan, guide, lead, oversea and manage the projects

. Conduct project briefing and kick start meeting

. Responsible for periodic progress report & NDT Reports Management

. Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress

. Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response

. Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions

. Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities

. Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection

. Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary

programme and budget overall Planning of project works as well as overseeing the project all along the way

. To set project's target and in alignment with company's objective & goal

. Able to establish excellent rapport with client, Consultants and Sub-contractor

. To ensure quality delivery of the project by meeting of Client's expectation

. Ensure the protocols of relevant Authority and regulatory compliances are met accordingly

. To liaise with consultants in all aspects of project matters during the site progression phase

. To resolve all site issues, requirements and ensure smooth progress

. To implement control measures on material/plant & equipment/utilities usage

. Control of direct labour usage in labour allocation and working of overtime

Job Requirements

. Minimum Diploma and Required ASNT Level 3 & CSWIP 3.1

. Prior knowledge in project management processes in all stages of project

. Proficient in MS Office

. Passion in people and project management

. Self motivated and able to work under pressure

. Excellent decision making and problem solving skills

. Good written and communication skills

. Willing and capable to liaise with all levels of people
