Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive the delivery of Government Projects.
- Opportunity to work on large scale digital transformation projects .
- 5 days work week (Mon to Fri), Hybrid Work Arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user interviews, facilitate sprint planning, scrums, and retrospectives, and track development pace to ensure timely delivery.
- Establish key success factors, develop metrics, and build dashboards to track performance-enabling clear measurement of outcomes and alignment with goals.
- Analyze product performance after launch, identify areas for enhancement, and facilitate iterative improvements to drive ongoing value.
- Evaluate the impact of change requests, estimate resource needs, and ensure requests are actionable and resource-appropriate.
Requirements:
- Min 5 years experience required, Computer Science or IT related tertiary education.
- Experience in full software / product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to build and deliver end to end digital products effectively, even with limited resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empowering clear idea pitching and effective stakeholder alignment.
- Thrives under tight deadlines, with strong prioritization and independent working capabilities.
