Position Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong governance expertise and hands-on experience in managing Cloud/AI transformation initiatives. The role requires driving complex, cross-functional projects while ensuring adherence to governance frameworks, compliance, and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Cloud and AI initiatives, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
- Establish and maintain project governance structures (steering committees, reporting cadence, escalation processes).
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, data governance, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.
- Oversee vendor engagements, service providers, and third-party delivery partners to ensure quality and compliance.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project health, risks, and strategic alignment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 2 years leading Cloud and/or AI initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale IT transformation projects in complex environments (financial services, consulting, or enterprise IT preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent) preferred.
