The Project Manager - Global Commercial L&D Hub will support the delivery of commercial learning and development transformation initiatives by coordinating project workstreams, engaging stakeholders, and helping drive operational execution across regions and functions.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the development of the project charter for the Commercial Learning & Development transformation initiative.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to track and follow up on key project workstreams, including LMS technology integration, capability content migration, procurement, and finance.
- Co-create operational plans with country teams across global markets, including the US, Europe, and International Region.
- Collaborate with external vendors to develop new training content, learning journeys, pathways, translations, and design solutions.
- Help define and monitor KPIs, risk management activities, change management plans, communication plans, and timelines across different workstreams.
- Partner with HR to align on required skills, competencies, and assessment approaches.
Job Requirements
- Degree graduate with min. 8 years of related experience
- Ability to manage complex project and work closely with global leaders
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong problem solving
