Hyster-Yale Asia-Pacific Pte Ltd is looking for a
Project Manager, Global Aftersales PMO to join the Team at their
Singapore office which is Asia Pacific Headquarters. This role will be responsible for leading project teams who conduct transformational projects (parts, service and fleet, commercial and operational) across all global regions per the direction of senior leadership.
The Key Accountabilities For This Role Are
- Responsible for leading project teams who conduct transformational projects (parts, service and fleet, commercial and operational) across all global regions per the direction of senior leadership.
- Contribute with prioritization of projects through the Global Program & Project Leadership committee by ensuring all regional leaders understand the global aftersales objectives and the current state and challenges for each region.
- Develop and implement key global processes and metrics that clearly communicate objectives to regional groups and ensure alignment/compliance on adhering to standardized global processes.
- Lead project teams who conduct transformational projects (parts, service and fleet, commercial and operational) across all global regions per the direction of senior leadership.
- Contribute within significant projects, developing and maintaining schedules, identifying project risks, assessing them, and developing mitigation plans.
- Ensure change management related to the projects is completed through planning, communication, and training
- Coordinate and facilitates the prioritization of projects through the Global Program & Project Leadership committee.
- Develops and reports on the status of global projects and initiatives in clear, measured formats.
The Project Manager, Global Aftersales PMO will suit someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5-7 years knowledge/experience in project management
- Change management experience
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience with Wrike preferred
- Business to business experience
- Strong intellect, proven analytical ability to provide market and opportunity assessments
- Proven project management skills gained through leading teams with a minimum of 5-7 years working experience.
- Languages Required: English and German
This position will have a role within development of the Global Aftersales, ensuring that we leverage global power to provide an excellent service experience and guarantee uptime of unit in operation to end customer. This position will have a leading role in the successful delivery of transformational projects within parts, service and fleet, commercial and operational areas.
