Responsibilities

• Direct ground improvement and geotechnical construction projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery. Organize and manage resources including manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize performance efficiency. Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and tracking systems. Collaborate with procurement teams for bid preparation, contracting, and timely material supply. Liaise with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure adherence to technical compliance. Review design drawings and specifications implement necessary modifications as needed. Monitor site progress, safety, and quality control, ensuring compliance with standards. Cultivate robust relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders through effective communication. Deliver project progress reports, cost forecasts, and documentation for variations or claims. Champion continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and advocating for best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is highly advantageous. At least 8 years of project management experience in geotechnical, foundation, or ground improvement projects. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of project outcomes and ensure achievement of objectives. Proven experience in managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and stakeholder expectations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide multidisciplinary teams effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with soil improvement techniques such as PVD, vibro compaction, deep cement mixing, or stone columns is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD) and the Microsoft Office suite.
