Project Manager GenAI

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to Generative AI (GenAI), AI/ML-driven solutions, and enterprise digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of AI-powered business solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong project management capabilities along with a solid understanding of AI technologies, cloud platforms, data integration, and agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Generative AI initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Drive project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, data engineers, AI/ML engineers, and vendors to define project scope and deliverables.
• Manage implementation of GenAI use cases such as:
• AI Chatbots & Virtual Assistants
• Enterprise Search & RAG Architecture
• Document Intelligence & Automation
• LLM-based Knowledge Management
• AI-powered Analytics & Recommendation Systems
• Coordinate requirement gathering, solution design discussions, sprint planning, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Ensure alignment of AI solutions with business objectives, compliance, security, and governance standards.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation management across multiple teams.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations involving APIs, cloud services, data platforms, and AI frameworks.
• Prepare project status reports, executive dashboards, and management presentations.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management.
• Hands-on experience managing Generative AI or AI/ML-based projects.
• Strong understanding of:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Prompt Engineering
• AI/ML lifecycle
• NLP concepts
• Experience working with AI platforms/tools such as:
• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
• AWS Bedrock
• Google Vertex AI
• LangChain / LlamaIndex
• Vector Databases
• Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• PMP / Scrum Master / Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains is an advantage.
• Exposure to Data Engineering, Analytics, or Digital Transformation programs.
• Familiarity with compliance, AI governance, and data privacy standards.
• Experience managing offshore and onsite teams.
