Our client, a leading international post-trade and fund services provider, is hiring a Customer Test Manager to join their Transition Migration team in a newly created position. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end customer testing experience for fund migration projects. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as operations, IT, and change management teams, as well as direct engagement with clients to ensure a seamless testing process.
Our Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in financial services within fund operations, client onboarding, or client testing roles
- Strong understanding of investment funds operations, cash and securities settlement processes, and SWIFT 15022 and 20022
- Understanding of system environments, data flows, and interfaces
- Must be proficient in JIRA
- Familiar with file transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP), APIs, and ideally basic SQL or XML
- Ability to communicate technical requirements and issues wit IT teams
- Experienced in external stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field
