Job Description

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services
Ability to perform a dual role (Project Manager + Functional BA).
Strong domain knowledge in Retail Banking.
Hands-on experience in Singapore Cheque Clearing (SGD & USD) and/or CTS Lite.
Proven experience in industry-level regulatory projects involving MAS.
Experience in process re-engineering across customer-facing touchpoints.
Strong change management and governance experience.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
