Manage facade project operations, ensure quality, safety and progress compliance.

Job Description (Faade Rectification Project):

1)Project Planning and Progress Controlling - collaborating with other stakeholders to determine project scope, objectives, timelines and budget constraints. Understand the specific requirements of the project.

2)Design and Engineering -collaborating with the design team to ensure that the designs are workable and meet technical specifications.

3)Safety and Compliance -Ensures that all work is carried out following safety regulations and industry best practices.

4)Quality Control -Monitors the quality of work being done, conducts inspections and ensures that the work meet the required quality standards.

5)Procurement - Required to be involved in the procurement of necessary equipment, materials and components for the project.

6)Resource Management - Responsible for coordinating resources, including general labour, equipment and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

7)Problem Solving - When unexpected challenges and issues arise. The Manager plays a crucial role in identifying and resolving these problems.

Specification/Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical or civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge of applicable engineering theory, methods and practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, stress, detailed work, reasoning, deadlines. Must be flexible, analytical, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Will be interacting with multiple stakeholders and working independently.
• The person is expected to be flexible including working outside of normal work hours and weekend working on occasions when required.
