Job Description

We are looking for a IT Project Manager to join a fast growing FinTech company in Singapore!

  Working Hours: Mon-Fri office hours
• 
  Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
• 
  Salary up to $8,000 + AWS + Bonus (2-3 months)
• Permanent position!

• Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
• Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
• End to end involvement in project management, monitor progress and ensuring development timelines are met with quality standards implemented
• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritises competing business demands
• Creating a rapport with the clients and ensure project delivery is accurate as per requirements
• Reviewing and identifying business operational areas/ gaps that need improvements and propose appropriate action plans
• Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks
• Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area
• Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met

• Min 3 years of working experience as a project manager in strategy, investment and/or technology domains, with proven records in implementing and deploying solutions into production
• Proven working experience running projects with agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban preferred)
• Experience running projects independently while managing an internal development team
• Domain knowledge in FinTech/Blockchain industry
