Project Manager, Finance Transformation (Tiger Brokers)
Role Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager with strong finance background to drive finance transformation and strategic initiatives across Tiger Singapore entities. This role will focus on enhancing financial planning, revenue analytics (trading, AUM, commissions), systems implementation, and business performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting optimization
- Build and enhance revenue analytics frameworks (e.g., trading revenue, AUM growth, commission structures)
- Partner with business teams (Dealing, Partnerships & Channels, Operations) to support performance tracking and growth
- Lead regular business reviews, providing insights on revenue, cost, and profitability
- Standardize financial processes and strengthen internal controls
- Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, business expansion and IPO readiness
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of experience in Finance (FP&A / Finance BP)
- Strong experience in budgeting, business performance management, and financial analysis
- Hands-on experience in ERP / BI implementation
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery experience
- Experience in financial services / fintech / brokerage is preferred
- Familiarity with trading business, commission models, or AUM-driven revenue is a plus
