Key Responsibilities
. Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects
. Develop project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines
. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
. Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
. Manage change orders, risks, and issue resolution
. Conduct site meetings and communicate with clients, architects, and engineers
. Oversee quality control and ensure work meets required standards
. Close out projects, including final inspections and documentation
