Project Manager (Facilities Management & Procurement)
- Contract Duration: 11-Month Contract
- Location: Singapore (Based at Sports Centres)
- Salary: Up to SGD 5,000/month
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Facilities Management and procurement If you enjoy managing projects from planning through completion while working closely with multiple stakeholders, this could be the opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of facility enhancement projects across multiple sports centres.
- Conduct feasibility studies, develop project proposals, and evaluate design and construction plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage project fit-out, commissioning, testing, and handover upon completion.
- Review architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee procurement activities, including tender preparation, evaluation, and contractor appointments.
- Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Support other project-related and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in Facilities Management, building maintenance, or project management.
- Procurement or tender management experience is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of maintenance operations, contracts, and project coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
