Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives to expand the company's presence in facilities maintenance and ACMV-related projects
- Identify and secure new commercial contracts, including offices, industrial clients, and MCSTs
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including quotation, costing, tender submission, and contract negotiation
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and recommend strategies for business growth and service expansion
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, ACMV services, or building maintenance industry
- Proven experience in handling commercial projects, client management, and contract negotiation
- Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication and business development skills
- Prior experience in project or operations management roles will be an advantage
Salary Range:
SGD $7,500 - $8,500 per month (commensurate with experience)
