Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Facade Project Manager to lead and manage facade projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver facade projects that meet client expectations.
Job Scope:
- Manage and coordinate facade design, procurement, and installation processes
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent and construction quality
- Conduct site visits and monitor facade installation works
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and services
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and senior management
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and claims
- Facilitate project close-out and warranty activities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facade project management, preferably in Singapore
- Strong understanding of facade design, materials, and installation methods
- Proven track record of managing facade projects from inception to completion
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, coordination, and risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Knowledge of local building regulations and codes, including Singapore Building Code
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and facade design software
- Knowledge of lean construction principles and practices
- Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
