Manage customer projects and product portfolios to achieve business, margin, and operational targets
Lead RFQ activities, pricing strategy discussions, and quotation preparation in collaboration with Business Development, Engineering, and Operations teams
Coordinate cross-functional teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI), product transfers, and manufacturing ramp-up activities
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and customer commitments to ensure successful project execution
Drive issue resolution, crisis management, and recovery plans to support business continuity and customer satisfaction
Work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and global teams to ensure effective communication and alignment
Support cost optimization initiatives and monitor product cost-down roadmaps to improve profitability
Facilitate customer meetings, business reviews, and project status updates
Prepare project summaries, progress reports, and management presentations
Conduct project closure reviews and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement
Support strategic business growth initiatives and contribute to overall team success
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Program Management, or customer-facing engineering roles
Experience in manufacturing, optics, precision engineering, electronics, semiconductor, or high-technology industries is preferred
Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills in cross-functional environments
Experience handling RFQ, NPI, customer programs, or product commercialization activities is an advantage
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer expectations, operational requirements, and profitability
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Customer-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills across multicultural and global teams
