Project Manager (Events - Full time)

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with strong experience in venue overlay and venue planning, particularly for outdoor events. This role requires someone operationally strong who works closely with the team on planning and on-site execution, rather than operating in a purely supervisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead venue overlay planning and site layout development, including staging, seating, crowd flow and back-of-house areas

• Manage end-to-end event delivery from planning through to on-site execution

• Coordinate and manage production, technical and operational vendors

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets and deliverables are met

• Be actively involved on-site to oversee setup, troubleshoot issues and support execution

• Prepare proposals, presentations and support tender submissions where required

• Lead and guide a small team comprising Executives and an Assistant Project Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in event project management, preferably in large-scale or outdoor events

• Strong experience in venue overlay planning and layout coordination

• Hands-on experience in event operations and on-site execution is essential

• Familiarity with Singapore regulations, permits and tender processes is preferred

• Strong coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
