About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of ERP and SAP transformation initiatives across APAC. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholders, while working closely with business users, implementation partners, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of ERP/SAP implementation and enhancement projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support project governance, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and go-live activities.
- Assist in change management, user training, and post-implementation support.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key coordinator between business stakeholders, implementation partners, vendors, and internal technical teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional collaboration across regional teams.
Project Governance
- Ensure project documentation is maintained, including project plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Track project budgets, resource utilization, and project milestones.
- Support compliance with project management standards and internal governance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in IT Project Management, Project Coordination, PMO, or ERP project delivery.
- Experience managing enterprise application implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk tracking, and project governance skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
- Exposure to SAP implementation or SAP S/4HANA projects is an advantage but not required.
- ERP implementation lifecycle knowledge and experience working with external vendors or system integrators are preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
