ABOUT THE JOB
- Coordinate and manage ERP system PEP (Project Execution Plan) rollouts across ASEAN, India, and Africa.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and verification of cybersecurity measures in strict alignment with compliance standards.
- Govern Project Execution Plan processes, ensuring effective regional rollout plans and cross-country dashboards.
- Allocate resources and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Lead training sessions and align stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Support cybersecurity implementation and documentation, serving as the primary contact for guidance and escalation.
- Advise on changes, vulnerabilities, and incidents, escalating concerns to the Chief Security Officer as needed.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
About You
- Experience in regional rollout planning, Project Execution Plan governance, cross-country dashboards, resource allocation, risk mitigation, training, and stakeholder alignment across ASEAN, India, and Africa.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile.
- Experience working across ASEAN, India, and Africa, with knowledge of unique business and cultural landscapes.
- Experience with cybersecurity planning, implementation, and verification within project scope.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity implementation and documentation, serving as a contact for guidance and escalation.
- You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
