Job Description
We are looking for a Staffing-focused Project Manager with strong experience in IT resource augmentation and customer/vendor coordination. The role involves managing end-to-end staffing delivery, ensuring timely fulfilment of resource requirements, and supporting project engagements, particularly within banking and financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end staffing and resource augmentation activities for client requirements
- Gather and understand customer requirements and translate them into staffing needs
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Arrange and support candidate interviews with clients
- Ensure timely deployment of resources within agreed timelines and budgets
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on staffing-related matters
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to support pipeline and business growth
- Track onboarding, replacements, and resource movements effectively
- Provide regular status updates and manage escalations related to staffing delivery
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles
- Strong experience in IT staffing / resource augmentation (mandatory)
- Experience working with clients and vendors in delivery environments
- Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Basic understanding of technology environments including Java Oracle / databases Basic AI concepts or emerging technologies
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
