Project Manager (Electrical)

To manage a team of supervisors, workers, sub-contractors and vendors to execute works within given timeframe.

To resolve site issues with supervisors, sub-contractors, vendors, main contractors and/or related third parties.

To co-ordinate site works, workflows and inspections with main contractors site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.

To plan, implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.

To monitor work progresses, productivities, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule, productivities, qualities and within quantities.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure are completed on time & within budget.

Oversee design, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.

Lead a teams of engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

A contact for clients / contractors / gov bodies to provide regular updates and addressing concerns.

Ensure all M&E work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.

Identify project risks and challenges and develop effective solutions

Manage project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
