Job Description

Oversea the management and operations of the project
Overall planning and management of project, including job schedule and mobilization of resources
Close monitoring of project resources including manpower,transportation and tools
Attend regular site coordination meetings with client/ contractors/ subcontractors on project related matters
Ensure timely submission of monthly progress claims
Assist with procurement, sourcing, negotation of materials
Assist in tender adminisration works
Oversee project quality and safety management plans
Oversee that the current version of local specifications e.g. Singapore Standards and Code of Practices are complied to.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports to stakeholders
Bachelor Degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years relevant working experience
Good project management knowledge and skills
Able to work independently and lead a team
Good oral and written communication skills
Training or certification in project management desirable
Safety training in line with MOM
Possess a class 3 driving licence
