To plan, execute, and deliverelectrical engineering projects (HV, MV, LV systems, substations, railwaysystems, or industrial installations) on time, within budget, and in compliancewith safety and quality standards.
- Plan and manage end-to-end electrical projects (installation, testing & commissioning).
- Prepare project schedules
- Define scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Oversee electrical works including:
- HV/MV/LV cable laying & termination
- Switchgear installation (AIS/GIS)
- Transformers, panels, and protection systems
- Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities
- Ensure compliance with standards (IEC, IEEE, local regulations like EMA Singapore)
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workers.
- Monitor daily site progress and productivity.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and monitor project budget.
- Track project costs vs planned expenditure.
- Manage variations, claims, and VO submissions.
