Job Description
We are looking for a driven Project Manager to lead our Electrical and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects. In this pivotal role, you will champion the full project lifecycle-from design to implementation and handover-ensuring our smart building and infrastructure solutions meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full delivery from client consultation to final handover. Develop and track project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
Technical Design & Implementation: Lead the coordination of ELV systems (Security, AV, BMS, ICT). Oversee detailed design, implementation, and Combined Services Drawings (CSDs).
Commercial Management: Analyse and manage project risks, costs, budgets, and contractual issues to ensure projects are cost-effective.
Site & Quality Oversight: Supervise installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning (T&C). Ensure all works comply with SS/COP standards, safety regulations, and design intent.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical interface with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams.
Innovation: Research and evaluate new solutions in intelligent building systems and IoT integration.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical) or equivalent.
Note: Candidates with strong Project Management / Electrical / ELV experience may be considered based on equivalent qualifications.
Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years experience in Electrical / ELV system design, implementation, or project fit-out.
Proven track record managing the full project lifecycle (design, procurement, construction, testing, handover).
Technical Competence:
Strong understanding of Singapore standards (SS / COP), ELV standards, and system integration.
Proficiency in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of HT, LV, ACMV, Fire, and BMS systems is an advantage.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking associates, regional counterparts, and specific stakeholders.
