Project Manager (Electrical)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) to lead, plan, and deliver electrical projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality while coordinating with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all technical and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee electrical projects from concept through completion.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Coordinate with electrical engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and client communications.
- Control costs, manage resources, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Liaise with clients to ensure requirements and expectations are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Min 1yr experience as a Project Manager or Site Engineer in Electrical Projects

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and construction practices

• Excellent project management, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office

• Knowledge of local electrical standards and safety regulations
