You'll make a difference by:
Project Leadership
- Take full ownership of all project phases, including requirements clarification, design development, procurement, manufacturing, FAT, delivery, installation, testing, and verification.
- Lead, guide, and coordinate the project team to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project cost, schedule, risks, quality, and ensure alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
- Optimize project profitability and assume full P&L responsibility.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with customers to understand project requirements and ensure contractual compliance.
- Represent the company professionally, build strong customer relationships, and act on customer feedback.
- Coordinate with global factories and vendors on design, documentation, manufacturing, and testing activities.
Technical & Engineering Support
- Work closely with engineering teams to obtain technical drawings and information.
- Perform or support engineering calculations as needed.
- Prepare technical specifications and purchase requisitions for materials and equipment.
- Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and follow up on outstanding issues.
Execution & Delivery
- Monitor project status and provide timely progress reports.
- Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to ensure smooth site installation and system startup.
- Ensure all project activities meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Your defining qualities:
- Electrical Engineering Expertise: You hold a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, underpinned by at least 8 years of experience in engineering or contracting firms, with specific technical mastery of MV/LV Switchgears.
- Strategic Project Management: You possess the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet demanding schedules, ideally supported by a professional certification such as PMP® or IPMA (Level C/D).
- Advanced Systems Knowledge: You bring a strong technical understanding of SCADA systems, transformers, and AC/DC power supplies, coupled with proficiency in MS Project and the standard MS Office suite.
- Stakeholder & Communication Excellence: You maintain a customer-focused mindset and utilize strong interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders through clear communication in English.
- Operational Ownership & Autonomy: You demonstrate high levels of accountability and ownership, functioning effectively as a collaborative team player while remaining fully capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Adaptability & Mobility: You are prepared to travel occasionally outside of Singapore as required by project needs and possess the flexibility to handle evolving engineering challenges.
