Project Manager

Job Brief

. We are looking for a Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Project Planning: Developing a detailed plan for the project,

including timelines, budgets, resource allocation and milestones.

2. Coordination and Supervision: Coordinating the activities of various

tradesand ensuring that work is carried out according to project

plan and schedule. This includes supervising subcontractors,

construction workers and other site staff.

3. Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of work and ensuring that it

meets the specified standards and regulations. This involves

regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise.

4. Health and Safety: Ensuring that the site complies with all health

and safety regulations. This includes implementing safety protocols,

conducting safety meetings and ensuring that all workers follow

safety guidelines.
