Required Experience

. Background in project management, digital governance, or technology delivery, with a proven track record managing ICT projects or governance initiatives.

. Experience working across diverse stakeholder groups including business users, developers, architects, security teams, and vendors.

. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile delivery, and compliance, audit, or operational readiness processes.

Preferred Qualifications

. At least 7 years of relevant work experience in project management, digital governance, or technology delivery, with a proven track record managing ICT projects or governance initiatives.

. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

. Professional certifications such as PMP, CITPM, TOGAF, ITIL, or equivalent.

. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint, and familiarity with front-end coding frameworks such as React, Angular, or Foundation 6.

. Experience in cloud platforms, user experience, or digital transformation is an advantage.
