Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager with strong exposure to
bank-led initiatives in Digital Assets, Tokenization, and AI-driven programs. The role will manage end-to-end delivery of complex regulatory, technology, and business initiatives within a banking environment, working closely with product, compliance, technology, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital asset, tokenization, and AI initiatives across the full project lifecycle (initiation to delivery).
- Work with business, product, and technology teams to define scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Coordinate with risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure adherence to banking and MAS regulations.
- Manage vendor and partner engagements, including fintechs and platform providers.
- Track project risks, dependencies, and issues; drive mitigation plans proactively.
- Prepare and present project status, dashboards, and executive updates to senior management and steering committees.
- Ensure delivery aligns with bank architecture, security, data governance, and operational standards.
- Support change management, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation reviews.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Project Management experience within Banking or Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience managing initiatives related to:
- Digital Assets / Tokenization / DLT / Blockchain, and/or
- AI / Data / Automation programs in a regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory controls, and risk management.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams (business, IT, compliance, operations).
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Exposure to MAS initiatives, Project Guardian, or similar regulatory-led programs.
- Experience with cloud platforms, data platforms, or AI/ML solutions in banking.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications.
- Prior experience working with fintechs or innovation labs.
