We are looking for a project manager to lead digital and application transformation initiatives within a complex, business-critical technology environment.
This role offers accountable ownership across the full project lifecycle—from planning and stakeholder alignment through testing, implementation, stabilisation, and operational handover.
Responsibilities:
Lead digital and application transformation projects from initiation through go-live, stabilisation, and closure.
Build and maintain project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate stakeholders across business, product, engineering, architecture, testing, operations, security, and external delivery partners.
Identify delivery risks early and follow through on mitigation and recovery actions.
Manage project changes and communicate their impact on scope, timelines, resources, and cost.
Provide clear project updates, recommendations, and escalation support to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
Manage vendors and systems integrators against agreed deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations.
Track project budgets, resources, and delivery forecasts where required.
Required Skills:
Demonstrated experience leading complex technology projects with accountable ownership of delivery outcomes.
Proven delivery of digital, application, platform, or technology transformation initiatives.
Experience managing projects across the full software delivery lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and project governance.
Experience managing vendors, systems integrators, or distributed delivery teams.
Practical experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
Working knowledge of software development, testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
Ability to communicate project risks, decisions, and delivery status clearly to different audiences.
