Role Overview
The Project Manager drives product success by ensuring smooth development, testing, release, and adoption of digital products. This role partners closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to conduct user interviews and gather insights.
- Partner with product managers to run sprint planning sessions, scrums, and retrospectives.
- Track and manage development pace to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Conduct and support thorough systems, user acceptance, and security testing before product release.
- Execute user education campaigns to drive product adoption post-launch.
- Provide ongoing product support and work with product/engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs.
Requirements
Experience
- Proven track record of building and delivering digital products with limited resources.
- End-to-end experience working with product teams to design, develop, and launch products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing.
- Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, with strong prioritization skills to meet tight deadlines.

- Highly meticulous and detail-oriented with a tenacious approach to following tasks through to completion.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
