About the Role
Manage the delivery of data centre fit-out projects, covering white space construction, MEP coordination, and contractor management through to commissioning and final handover. Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Oversee site activities and coordinate stakeholders to support the successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of data centre fit-out works from construction through commissioning and project completion.
- Coordinate installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct site inspections, project meetings, and progress reporting with project stakeholders.
- Support testing, commissioning, and system handover to operations teams.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in managing construction or fit-out projects, preferably in data centres or mission-critical facilities.
- Experience delivering MEP or fit-out works within data center projects or mission-critical project.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction coordination, and project delivery.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
