Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of data centre and mission-critical M&E projects in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing project timelines, costs, quality, and stakeholder coordination across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful end-to-end execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple projects, including data centre builds and upgrades
- Track project timelines and ensure alignment with schedules
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Monitor costs, review claims, and manage payment processes
- Identify risks, delays, and implement mitigation plans
- Coordinate submissions and approvals with relevant authorities
- Lead site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and proper documentation
- Support project handover to operations teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
- 3-5 years of project management experience
- Experience in data centre, M&E, or HVAC projects preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC / precision cooling systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel
