About the role
- Oversee the project management of data business service delivery, including IEPL/IPLC, IDC, MPLS VPN, IP Transit, and more.
* Coordinate and deliver regular progress updates throughout the project lifecycle, covering new circuit installations, upgrades, relocations, and similar tasks.
* Collaborate with customers and vendors to streamline service requirements, ensuring timely project advancement.
* Implement risk management strategies, optimize procedures, and promptly escalate unresolved issues during the provisioning stage.
* Compile, refine, and maintain internal reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with data centre background
- Technical background such as CCNA, CCNP, IP networking skills are preferred
