Project Manager (Data Center – M&E) | Singapore
A leading engineering solutions EPC provider is looking for a Project Manager to oversee mission-critical Data Center projects in Singapore. This role will focus on managing end-to-end Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center M&E construction projects
- Manage project schedules, costs, technical coordination, and stakeholder communication
- Conduct technical reviews and propose value engineering solutions
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Lead and mentor project engineers, supervisors, and contractors
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical/site challenges effectively
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or related discipline
- 7–10 years of experience managing Data Center construction or mission-critical projects
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, fire protection, and safety standards
- Familiarity with tendering, QS, QA/QC, construction safety, and commercial terms
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and project management tools
- EMA Electrician License is advantageous
