We are looking for a structured, proactive, and outward-facing Project Manager to drive the operational delivery and ecosystem growth of Data2Evidence.
In this role, you will ensure that product development, deployments, and partner collaborations run smoothly, on time, and in alignment with strategic goals. Beyond internal coordination, you will actively contribute to business development activities, support new partnership initiatives, and represent Data2Evidence at conferences and industry events.
You will work closely with the Product Manager and the Customer Success Engineer, forming the operational and strategic core of the Data2Evidence team. While the Product Manager defines what we build and why, and the Customer Success Engineer ensures technical partner success, you will ensure reliable execution, strong external relationships, and sustainable growth of our research ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, healthcare research, and partnerships and enjoys turning complexity into structured delivery while confidently representing the product externally.
Project Planning & Execution
Own the planning, coordination, and execution of product initiatives and research deployments across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams
Define timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure reliable delivery
Identify risks and bottlenecks early and drive mitigation strategies across teams
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the central coordination point between Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and external research partners
Align internal development cycles with onboarding timelines and research milestones
Provide structured project reporting and stakeholder communication
Business Development Support & External Representation
Support the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new research and institutional partners
Contribute to proposal preparation, project scoping, and feasibility assessments
Collaborate with leadership to assess partnership opportunities and strategic initiatives
Represent Data2Evidence at industry conferences, workshops, and research events to technical and research audiences
Identify emerging trends, collaboration opportunities, and market signals to inform product strategy
Operational Excellence
Continuously improve processes for product operations, release coordination, and deployment workflows
Ensure alignment between sprint cycles, release planning, and partner-facing commitments
Support governance, compliance tracking, and documentation standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Health Informatics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, or product operations, ideally within healthcare, research software, or SaaS environments
Project & Delivery Expertise: Strong experience managing cross-functional technical projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience coordinating engineering-driven initiatives involving external partners
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub etc.)
Business & Communication Skills: Confidence in representing technical products externally
Experience contributing to partnership development, proposal preparation, or strategic initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to research and executive audiences
Highly structured, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple parallel initiatives
Strong prioritization and risk management capabilities
Experience in healthtech, life sciences, or research software platforms
Experience with conference presentations, workshops, or public speaking
Understanding of cloud and on-premises deployment models
Experience working with open source ecosystems and research collaborations
This role requires regular on-site work in our Singapore office
Applicants should currently be based in Singapore
Familiarity with the Korean language is a plus, particularly to support collaboration with regional partners
