Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver projects related to IT risk, governance, and cybersecurity compliance. This role requires strong project management capabilities, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver cybersecurity-related projects (e.g. VAPT, risk assessment, asset discovery, GRC) from initiation to completion

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate when required

• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and dashboards to stakeholders

• Conduct IT risk assessments, including risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning

• Support governance and compliance initiatives (e.g. ISO 27001, PDPA, IM8 or similar frameworks)

• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to assess controls and identify gaps

• Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure alignment across project workstreams

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related discipline

• At least 3 years of experience in project management within IT risk, governance, or compliance

• Good understanding of IT risk assessment methodologies and risk treatment processes

• Familiar with GRC frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PDPA or equivalent

• Strong project management, planning, and reporting skills

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams

• Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security concepts

• Good presentation skills with ability to prepare project reports and slides

• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001, IM8, or maritime frameworks (IACS UR E26 & E27) is an advantage
