The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of client projects, ensuring that all deliverables are executed within the defined scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee cybersecurity and data analytics project implementations from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, including solution architects, engineers, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
- Manage project documentation, risk assessments, and change controls.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Prepare clear and timely project status reports for management and customers.
- Support pre-sales and solution design discussions, contributing project delivery perspective.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through transparent communication and issue management.
- Drive process improvements to increase project efficiency and delivery quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of project management or related experience, preferably in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or data analytics projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with technical complexity.
- Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, PMI, or equivalent).
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification a plus.
- Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity solutions (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, network monitoring) or data platforms preferred.
