Job Description
- Lead and manage endtoend project scope, governance, and delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams.
- Identify operational pain points and redesign processes and system workflows
- Convert customer feedback, complaints analysis, and journey data into actionable enhancements that improve service quality
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align priorities and resolve obstacles.
- Uphold regulatory, risk, and compliance standards across all project activities maintain comprehensive documentation
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in service improvement project management within the financial services industry.
- A degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, or project management.
- Related project management certifications will be advantageous.
