Project Manager - Curtain Wall

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee curtain wall and faade projects from planning to execution. You will be responsible for project scheduling, on-site management, team coordination, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project control plans, construction programmes, and quality & safety plans.

• Organize and oversee project production activities, including material approvals, sample submissions, and on-site execution.

• Coordinate and support the implementation of project design schemes provide practical recommendations on drawings and construction methods.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and external parties to ensure key milestones and technical requirements are met.

• Coordinate on-site work with main contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project budgets, contracts, variations, and claims to achieve commercial objectives.

• Allocate responsibilities and resources effectively among project team members.

• Advise on subcontracting and manage subcontractor performance to ensure quality, safety, and cost control.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's project management systems and processes.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or project management role

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, cost control, and contract administration.

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects under tight timelines.

• Experience in curtain wall or faade projects is highly preferred.
